What put me off AO was there after sales strategy after you purchase. You are forced to spend 20 mins saying no to their horrible sales staff. Even if you keep refusing they then start saying you are stupid not to take their warrenty deals which is obviously how they make money. you literally have to be rude and say no for 20 mins to get rid of these people.

This is an option we offer customers to give them peace of mind and extra security. This will cover you for things that the manufacturer guarantee does not, such as accidental damage. However, this is your decision and something you should not feel pressured in to taking out. If you can let me know your order number, I'd be happy to look into this matter further.
