Very disappointed, despite ordering 6 days before requested delivery, time slot was sent at 7am as being 12:00-16:00, this time slot drifted later all afternoon on the Web site without explanation, I eventually received a Phone call at 18:10 to say item would be delivered in next 2 hours, and it eventually arrived at 19:30. Installation aborted due to power lead.

Customers should be advised which side of the machine the 1.5 metre should be measured from, in my case the power lead was too short because the cord is on the far left side of the machine.

When water was turned on after fitter left my kitchen cupboard was flooded due to (unnecessary) blanking plug being fitted cross threaded.

I will NOT be a repeat customer

I'm sorry to read that the delivery of your appliance arrived outside of the estimated time slot supplied to you. Sometimes factors out of our control can occur such as traffic or being held on previous. This can in turn have a domino effect and cause a delay in the delivery of your appliance. I can appreciate how disappointing this must be.

We supply lots of images on our website including the rear of the appliance so you can get a good idea of how the appliance will look and how it will connect to your supply points. AOL4499719 is the order number
Send me an email and I'll send a photo of the fault.
The driver informed me at 18:10 they had only just loaded my appliance onto the truck, so I don't think blaming traffic really works.
