Within 30 minutes of purchasing a freezer both myself and I were contacted member of the AO team who used aggressive tactics to sell their appliance insurance ! The saleman wanted to know bank details and information on other insurance policies ! This is not what I expected from a company who tries to trade on customer satisfaction ? I hope the delivery of the goods fair better !

However, I’m sorry to read that you're unhappy with the call you received regarding the Protection Plan we offer to customers. The Plan offers additional peace of mind when buying an appliance. We understand that this isn't for everyone and of course the decision to opt in is completely up to you. I'm sorry that you feel our agent who contacted you was aggressive, I'm sure they didn't intend to come across this way.

We would never want our customers to be left feeling frustrated after a phone call with us, we do offer the Worry Free Plan where applicable, however if you don't want to take it then it isn't a problem at all. We understand it isn't for everyone, so you certainly shouldn't be spoke to aggressively.

Please can you send your order details to our email address which can be found on our website, otherwise you can contact us by telephone. I'd like to this looked into and dealt with as soon as possible.
