I can't recommend AO.com enough, simply brilliant. The website is slick and easy to navigate, the buying process is simple and they call you almost straight away to confirm everything.
The delivery is free, EVEN AT WEEKEND! This is unheard of for an internet based company. They text on the morning of the delivery to give you a delivery time and then ring when the driver is 10 minutes away. They then unpack the appliance in the room of your choice and take the packaging away.
The prices are unbeatable as well and they give you £20 cash back for each additional purchase, paid directly into your bank.
I won't buy from anywhere else now. Other companies should be following the AO.com model.
