“vax service SUCKS”

after 5 phone calls to order a part( at my expense)I was told computer was down,(5 calls over 5 days)could they not have taken my name and phone No and phoned me back when the problem was fixed, we sent vacuum back to them as we where very unhappy with there very bad service .if I where to give advice I would say ..D0NT BUY A VAX BECAUSE THERE SERVICE STINKS.. I have three vax machines, the last one in July 2012. Pros: They are powerful machines, the vac bag is efficient, easy to use fairly convenient to store. The Carpet washer V-124A cleans carpets really well (I another VAX carpet cleaner also, and leaves them fairly dry (see later). The attachments are OK - the vacuum ones could be more useful, but I can get by with them. Customer service is polite even if they are not able to help. Customer services seem to come in two standards: lousy or great. While some firms consider customers as little more than a necessary nuisance others seem to go out of their way to keep customers happy with their support, thus ensuring that no amount of advertising from other firms will poach their customers. I have recently experienced this higher level of support, not from one firm but three one of which was Vax. In July 2012 I purchased a Vax Power Pet 6 and was happy with my purchase.... (read more)

if you are thinking of buying a vax cleaner please think again i have been told by vax customer servive that they are very high maintinance and there are no call out repair men. all they do is have you phoning expensive call with no joy at the end. i would give them a rating of minus.BEWARE

“Laminate floor cleaner by Vax”

I have good quality laminate flooring throughout my flat and used this product in all 3 rooms and hall. Economical to use(3 cupfuls to 5litres of warm water), and streak free it lifted any dust or grime with ease leaving a clean, fresh smell upon completion. I have struggled in the past to come across a good laminate cleaner but have now definitely found one now, leaving a first class finish. (read more)
