I've used TLC about a dozen times now.

Web site isn't flashy, but the online shop is organised well, and has a perfectly usable search feature. Links between things well, so recommends stuff to go with things you order. Easy to use, orders placed quickly. Pretty comprehensive product set, seems to cover all the mainstream electrical business, and prices are very reasonable, compare well with the local DIY warehouse.

Delivery service is perfect. Flexible, and everything delivered exactly as described in email, and the customer service by email is responsive.
