Previously bought a SKK pan which is a fantastic product to use and had prompt service ,found that due to Hubby admitting that he had dropped the pan we needed a new handle ! pan did have a removable handle which I did not find a use for and was advised in a very promptly replied to email that it was no trouble to replace ! Arrived in no time and easy to fit and a delight to have sorted this so easily thanks to Salamander . Good honest reliable service just how it should be . THANK YOU . (read more)

I ordered a champagne bucket for my wife for Christmas 2012. It arrived quickly but unfortunately they seemed to have put a wine cooler in the box by mistake. I phoned the next day and spoke to Catherine. She was most apologetic and said that their priority would be to get me the correct item by Christmas and then arrange for collection of the incorrect item when convenient.
