They were very helpful on the phone and were upfront and honest about the one week that it would take to get the machine into stock for delivery.

Everything went as planned and delivery was made on the expected day. I received an email at 8.30 in the morning with my 3 hour delivery slot and the driver kept to that - even calling me when he was 15 mins away. The driver was helpful and efficient and took my old machine away as well as the packaging

I would recommend them and will be using them again
