Website was very easy to navigate but lacking details about features Etc so cheekily got info from other web outlets & manufacturers. That said, outstanding prices compared to other on-line outlets! Saved a further £250 on the next nearest 'offer price'. Not only that, but there was a promotion for 10 & 5 yrs free warranty respectively! Bought a washing machine & a dishwasher for installation in a new kitchen. Staff were knowledgeable and rather than let me buy a washing machine about to be discontinued they advised me of the updated one at the same price! That's what I call reliable service! Delivery was fine but as stated by others, only 1 man & a van. Redhill did also accommodate my specific delivery time between 11 & 2pm which was really useful. Needless to say, I am going to be buying further appliances from them as my kitchen progresses!
