I have to be honest here. If I had come across some of the (negative) reviews on Redhill Appliances prior to ordering my Miele fridge, I would have shopped elsewhere. As it happens I'm glad I did NOT read the reviews as the whole process from ordering to delivery was faultless.

The fridge was not in stock at the point of ordering and I was informed that it would take a week for it to be delivered (on a Monday). I was on a strict time schedule (fridge was going to be installed in 9 days) and was a little apprehensive but was reassured that there would be no problems.

On the Saturday before, I called them up and asked about delivery and was told it had arrived at the store and scheduled to be sent out for a morning arrival.

Monday morning came and the fridge was delivered on time by a burly chap. Happy days!

Will use Redhill Appliances again without hesitation.
