I bought my items from Redhill after shopping around on the internet. They were the cheapest company, but only by a small margin. The real advantage for me was that I was dealing with one company, rather than three different ones.
The customer service man that I spoke to was polite and helpful and replied to my emails promptly. The short delay in delivery was caused by the manufacturer not Redhill. The actual delivery was straightforward; I was given a time-slot and the driver rang me to say when he was likely to be at my door. He was pleasant and efficient.
I will be using this company again when I need to replace my oven, and would recommend them to others. My only advice would be to ask what the manufacturer's delivery time is likely to be in order to avoid disappointment.
