We ordered two items neither arrived as expected. One was broken with a hairline crack which isn't noticeable until installation. Of course, now that it is installed they refuse the refund!
We didn't receive a soft close toilet seat despite ordering and paying an extra £50 for one. We obviously didn't notice that it is wasn't soft close until we installed it and again, had the same problem with arranging a replacement.
Avoid at all costs!!!
