Bought a hob and fan. The lighter broke in a matter of months. I alerted them within the warranty period. No response from them at all. Then the hob started giving us electric shocks. After 4 more emails, they finally responded, waiting till outside the warranty period so that they could refuse to do anything for me. Useless.
