I placed an order early Dec 14 for a hob and made full payment at the time of order.They assured me that although the product was out of stock it was due in within a couple of weeks. I called them in Jan 15 as I had not heard from them, I was told it was still out of stock but should be in the following week. This scenario continued and despite being told they would find out an exact delivery date and contact me they never once contacted me. Tired of waiting and false promises I cancelled the order and requested a refund. The operator said this may take up to 14 days. I explained that as they were in breach of contract it was unreasonable to expect me to wait 14 days for the refund and asked that it be processed sooner. Two weeks later and I am still waiting for the refund. When I spoke to customer services today I was informed that there was no one more senior to speak to as the owner Mr James Simms is based at the factory in China! You cannot telephone the accounts department as they are based elsewhere and do not take incoming calls. I strongly recommend not using this company - looks great upfront but has no backup!
