I bought a hob from these people, on fitting I discovered the gas control was minimal. It was full on or just under. Totally unsuitable for simmering.
I contacted Premier and was put through their RMA messaging system, (which doesnt give you access to any history of correspondence though ) I pointed out the hobs lack of functionality , even including a video to illustrate my point. All this was basically dismissed,and their final comment being If I was unhappy with my purchase I should not have fitted it and returned it within 14 days!How would you know if it was unsatisfactory without fitting it?All in they are probably getting these in cheap from china, and could n't give a flying **** about any complaint they receive.I do feel the spec they put on their website as to the Kw output of the burners would be more helpful if it gave the minimum to the maximum output of each burner.If I had know this I would have been able to make a much more informed decision on my purchase.
