Phoned and emailed customers services to explain hood not working. After several phone call and emails I was told warranty was negated because the plug was taken off. The fault was the PCB board and nothing to do with the removal of the plug. They have removed the 1 year warranty which I think is unfair and will be contacting West Yorkshire Trading Standards service as I think it's not fair to take away the warranty based the reasons they have stated after all who keeps the plug on as most houses have integrated sockets. They sent out parts "as an act of good will" but I had to pay the postage. What a shambles. They sent out a cooker hood with a faulty board and tried to blame the fault on something else. Never again and will let all landlords know at the next annual meeting not to buy anything from Premier Range as the only thing premier is the price certainly not the standard of the goods or customer services.
