Had a new kitchen installed may 2013. Premier hob was used by the installer. After less than a year hob showed signs of wear and tear. Installer has tried to contact the company to get it replaced within the warranty period. This has been a waste of time to dste. If he phones he gets told thst they only deal with e mails. When he sends e mails they appear to be ignored. What kind of company is this that obviously has no customer care service. From a very vety disgruntled customer.
