We purchased a 5 ring Hob in 2009 & in 2013 the glass on the hob completely shattered. Although the hob glass had a lifetime warranty stamp on it, I was advised this related to the fact that the colour of the glass would not fade!!!
The company offered no help in replacing, advised I needed to purchase & fit a replacement glass unit myself. After many discussions to get a discount, to no avail, I ordered the replacement glass.
On receiving & opening the replacement glass package I noticed they had sent me the wrong one, I phoned to advise & was told as they could not prove who was in the wrong I would have to arrange and pay for its return! I had given them the product details from my original invoice when ordering the replacement. I know little about hob's so would not know of anything else to order! Yet again the customer service was non existent, the customer is definitely not always right where Premier range are concerned & I would not recommend them to anyone.
