There WILL be trouble ahead la la la

Hi, I purchased two items from PREMIER RANGE on the 6/2/13 both advised in stock(LIE).

1st item was a Gas hob-P-Series-White glass 70cm in stock sent promptly .Arrived scratched, phoned premier range after trying several ways of getting photos to them and they agreed to send a replacement glass .This meant I would have to dismantle the original hob take the glass off and swap it when the courier arrived and send it back in the packaging of the replacement.
So they arranged a delivery date , it never came(stayed in all day),arranged for another delivery again it never came rang them several times to be told the couriers had smashed it.
They said they had to paint a new one(white) and would send that out .Again it didn't come on the intended date left note for courier to deliver to my work and they did hooray still got the old one if anyone wants it, it was ready to collect but they didn't .

The second item, Round island cooker hood with Led mood lighting H94.6

When ordered, the website stated item in stock "Last few remaining" (LIE)
It states the cooker hood is of German engineering so when I ask where it was coming from ,I was told they were having production problems in CHINA !
I rang every fortnight from February to May 11th when I eventually gave up and ask for my money back.On four occasions I have asked for my money back only to be told that its been passed to account and I should have been paid.
Today 19/6/2013 still not had a refund.

My credit card company will now waist there time with them trying to get my money back.

Avoid this company, I wish I had checked the reviews 1st I wouldn't have used them.
Not worth any stars not even a twinkle

A special mention should go to Joey the Manager he dealt with a lot of my calls, waste of good office space.
