My experiences in dealing with Premier Range are very different to many expressed here.
Having placed an order with them, after reading the negative postings here, I contacted them to inform them that I would like to cancel my order. They issued a refund very promptly with very little fuss.
On reflection, I decided to go ahead and order a cooker hood from them anyway. The hood arrived very promptly and was well packed and looks fantastic. The build quality looks to be fine. When I noticed that one of the LEDs wasn’t working, I contacted them and they sent a spare part which arrived within 2 days.
Overall, they seem to be responsive and professional in their dealings. I recently purchased from John Lewis and received a far worse service (being told they were too busy to deal with my issue today).
