I purchased a cooker hood from this company on the 5th Feb 2012. I had to pay up front including delivery. At the time I ordered it, they stated it was in stock. Over a week later we were informed it was out of stock and no further information was given despite mailing them. In fact they didn't even bother to respond to the email. We then got informed the reason for the delay was due to quality control issues which were ' out of their control' but our order was now on an urgent back order & would be arriving soon. Towards the end of march an email arrived stating the cooker hood would be arriving soon and they would contact us in a couple of weeks to arrange delivery. This never happened. Beginning of April we called to chase again to be told it should be here very soon but couldn't / wouldn't give a date! Another two weeks and no contact so yet again another phone call. Only to be told the item was still out of stock & the recent back order still didn't have our cooker hood. The indifference and appalling customer service is something people need to be aware of with this company. I also suspect even though stock is listed as available this is often not the case having read other reviews. To top it all off my refund is apparently now going to take up to 10 working days to process & They can't explain why because as far as my bank is concerned there is no reason for this process to take that time at all. Would not recommend this company at all.

I had same problem with a fitted splash back which fits truly curved hood range I purchased in February, still not in stock and reason given was always the supplier. I pointed out that it was still available as in stock on website!! When I asked to speak to different departments and senior members of staff I was fobbed off and always given same name... a lot of "Joey's" work in company. Would NOT recommend this company.
