All you need to know is that I had to get the bank involved to recover the money for the item that wasn't delivered, that's how dodgy this company is.

I ordered a cooker hood from the website, which indicated the item was in stock. The money was immediately taken from my account. Delivery was never made despite my repeated emails and phone calls over a period of weeks.

I got fed up with the shambolic nature of the way the order was being dealt with (and/or being lied to) and cancelled the item and requested a refund (not that the company should have taken funds in the first place). Following this, and after weeks of emailing and calling, and being told that it was being actioned immediately or that \"soinso off today, but I'll make sure he does it first thing in the morning\" etc etc, I involved the payment recovery team from the bank and they eventually got the money returned to me.

I'm not sure how many other people the company do this to, but a quarter's worth of interest on cash that shouldn't be in their bank is a nice little earner.

For your sanity stay away from these guys.

I agree they are an absolute NIGHTMARE.....they are definition of DODGY dealers. We ordered several items from them, for out flat - arrived damaged & late, no refund & rude staff.

Burnley Football need to think again seriously!

Well I was going place an order of £1400.00, now after reading the comments i go to a company that i know and trust, also found out the warranty is for only 12 months and imagine the costs for parts
after.
if the led lighting goes in one the hoods it's easy £20-£30.

Well , thanks to all of you. I loved the look of the products and it's a first class website beautifully done. But after reading this I wouldn't trust them at all. Many thanks, you have saved me money and time.

Do not order anything from this company, we ordered an oven from them in February 2012. We were told it was out of stock but if we pay and order online it will only take two weeks the money taken out of the account and after many calls we received a damage oven in May. We sent the oven back have been trying to get our money back since then it is now 10th June. We made many phone calls and dealt with many rude staff who promise to call back but never do. We are now in the process of writing to them and report to the Ombudsman.
