***** AVOID ******* give your business to AO.COM if you can This company is a total disgrace!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! CEO's should invest in a new quality assurance manager!!!! who is being paid to pass the buck onto so called call center managers!!!! If you ever raise a complaint it gets sent to a call center agent probably someone who has had no training on dealing with complaints and no doubt on national minimum wage. they do not let you appeal your complaint. They tell you that's their final decision and to contact financial ombudsman!! emailed their quality assurance manager.... who just fobbed my email to a "customer service manager" who has basically copy and pasted what the previous "customer service agent" sent me, they have no clue on compromising with customers all they do is tell you to contact financial ombudsman (which I clearly already have done if they had read my full complaint they would have seen this) whilst you raise a complaint you still get hounded with calls and texts!! the quality assurance manager his email address can be found online, not that it makes any difference contacting him he couldn't even get a manager to fully understand my complaint and clearly doesn't understand the value of his new customers!!! the Directors of this company should have a good look on here and understand why they are sitting at 3.1
