Bought a gorenje fridge freezer on 29/12/16 and this was delivered on time on 31/12/16. The fridge and freezer failed to cool so the following day we emailed to report that it was faulty (phone lines closed as was bank holiday).
A catalogue of incompetence, lies and rude customer service followed. Marks did not ring back when promised on several occasions and this resulted in us spending hours on hold, at first they said we could have a replacement and would ring to arrange delivery but then changed their minds and said they wouldn't accept that the fridge was faulty until they had arranged a 3rd party engineer to inspect the appliance which took nearly 2 weeks (with us chasing) for them to arrange. The engineer confirmed it was faulty within seconds but we had to take time off work for this. Marks never contacted us after the inspection , so after seeking legal advice and reporting them to trading standards we decided that to speed things up,having had no fridge freezer for nearly 3 weeks,we would go straight to Gorenje for a replacement.
Avoid this company.
