they missed the delivery call them to see what went wrong, rude staff hanging up or told me they are on shop floor too busy to talk which i found ridiculous after paying in full for a product and service, no apology or sorry either for missing delivery, not taking responsibility to get hold of another van if the one delivering broke down, it was almost like not only you have to pay these people in full but you even owe them further on top, finally got hold of someone who told me he can re-arrange and calls me back but never did so I called again, mixed bag staff mostly rude, product was delivered but out of box has a missing part led me not to be able to operate, they 7 days return they have is in breach of distance trading rule which clearly say's 14 days, if you take my money you better talk to me in a nice way and don't just hang up on me because you feel like it, overall very poor customer service and experience, I guess I just have to look else where
