Bought expensive ex display ( showroom advised perfect working order) fridge freezer. The freezer door did not shut properly. Took 6 weeks and numerous phone calls and emails before a replacement arrived .They then expected me to pay £200 extra. The showroom man was rude and unhelpful . Beware,they r good for nothing.there engineer came and made our partly working fridge to a non functional fridge in a weeks time .they charged us 130£ for the repair and gave garuntee of 6months. Now it's all total rubbish **** company and they r not returning our money back.instead wanting us to buy a new fridge from them.beware.....this is not a genuine company... “They can not be bothered ”

We arranged for a repair man to come out between 8am and 1pm on 19th July. They did not arrived and when we called they told us they had left a voicemail saying they would be coming the following Monday. Modern phones don't just 'lose' voicemails so it's pretty obvious they didn't call and were just trying to cover themselves on the call. We are now looking for a more local and honest repair service. I just paid £40 + VAT (reduced for 'misunderstanding') for the Glotech guy to tell me that I need a new fridge. His recommendation came after looking at the fridge for about 2 minutes. Then he went on to tell me it would cost me a further £500 for them to source and fit a new fridge (an undercounter Bosch standard size integrated fridge freezer) and that it would take them 2 weeks to do this. The misunderstanding was that this customer called us and discussed the fridge not working and being an old appliance that it may not be worth repair. The charges for attending of £59.95+vat were quoted and the customer booked an appointment. When the engineer arrived and indeed found the fridge not to be worth the repair the customer then said she had never asked us to come round and had only enquired? We then reduced our charge to £40 and tried to see if we could supply a suitable new built in fridge but had none in stock so would have to order in and arrange installation

Wish I had read the reviews before I booked!Needed a repair done on my cooker for Easter weekend as 12 coming for lunch. Was quite happy as had my booking confirmed by email for the Thurs. Firstly this company didn't do the repair itself it contracted out and the company I got called Capital Repairs was totally incompetent with dreadful customer service and took over a month with no success at repairing a Neff hob. I wrote letters to the management of both companies with not even a reply or apology for their incompetence . “3 calls 1 hour 3 different stories”

one word sums them up - incompetent. First diasaster was a call on Saturday morning booking engineer for Tuesday afternoon. no enginneer shows on Tuesday. When we can the number they have called us on, denied any knowledge of it, even though we spoke to the person who was in the office that day!! second one was yesterday. Glotech's website makes them look like a company who do work in Wokingham, but in fact they simply contacted another company without making me aware of this. This company sent someone promptly to look at our washing machine, but then ordered the wrong part and were generally incompetent. These people have made my life absolute hell for the past 2 months. Waiting for a repair that they have been dragging their feet on for months on end. Ordered 2 NEFF oven trays at a cost of £62 on 28th October. They took £62 from my account despite them not having them in stock. “Repair booking shambles”

I booked to have my dishwasher repaired online and was given an appointment of between 08:00 to 13:00. On the day, I called around 11am to confirm when the engineer would arrive, only to be told that my appointment had been moved 12:00 to 17:00 same day, but no one had bother to contact me to let me know!!! If they can not handle a simple booking system, I certainly would not let them near my dishwasher. Why are firms still allowed to get away with this? Its a disgrace. I ordered a Bosch fridge. It arrived within the allotted time. The men who brought it in were polite and helpful. The information prior to the delivery was helpful and everything ran smoothly.
