Ordered 2 NEFF oven trays at a cost of £62 on 28th October. They took £62 from my account despite them not having them in stock.
Telephoned them after a few days to check on the progress of my order and it was then that I was told thru don't have them in stock. After asking if they'd taken the £62 I was told that they have.
Was told that they had 1 in the warehouse and that they were waiting for the other to arrive in stock.
This company offered free postage and you can see why they never sent the 1 that they did have in stock because they'd prefer wait for the other 1 then post together yo save on postage costs.
Received an e-mail off them on 15th of November ssying that they are now in stock and will be dispatched immediately.
Contacted them a few days later only to be told that they hadn't' received them and were still waiting for them to be delivered.
A day it two later I had a telephone call saying that they would send them both on a next day delivery.
I assumed they had taken stock of them 'WRONG' and they did not arrive.
Contacted them again and was told that I could only have 1 as that's all they had.
Awaiting a refund of £32 'believe it when I see it back into my account'.
I asked to speak to the manager only to be told that the manager is off sick and that she would contact the warehouse to see what was what.
Few days later I contacted them again and the hold up was because the warehouse had not returned her message to them. After asking what's so hard about them getting in contact with you I was told that they're ever so busy and also short staffed,
They now say they'll be with me tomorrow 'just the 1 item' and I'll believe that when I have it,
I would not ever touch this company or appliance planet that they're also known as ever again because it's just hassle after hassle problem after problem.
