“Comprehensive catering cover for the discerning!”

I wanted to view the contents of the product range but initially struggled to do so as my viewing was constrained by pre-determined categories that bore no relevance to my knowledge base. As I was not schooled in catering speak it was not helpful! My persistence paid off, however, when I explored the depths of the categories by trial and error and found a very broad and comprehensive coverage of product. Brilliant product range! (read more)

We are aware of the sites age and the need to modernise it. From previous customer comments we had assumed the categorisation on the refrigeration units was quite simple so it is of use for us to note your comments particularly at this time whilst we are at the planning stage of the new site. The prices here are lower than a lot of sites I came across. Also free delivery & 2 year warranty are usually additionals I'd expect to pay for, but not here. Finally the sheer range of appliances available is breath-taking - lots of choice and all for reasonable prices. I particularly liked the Price Promise, a great incentive to buy from the website. I just wish I'd seen this site before kitting out my new kitchen. The only complaint I have is the layout of the web site - seems quite old... (read more)

Thank you for the review. As mentioned it is a shame you hadn't found us sooner we would love to have assisted with your kitchen refurbishment. Please keep us in mind for the future.
We take on board your comments regarding the site and this is being addressed. However a new site design does take some planning and time. We want to make sure the new site incorporates all of the key elements our customers require whilst remaining easy to navigate.

“Messy and confusing!”

Although this landing page contains all the necessary information about the product and service lines available from this company, the overuse of different fonts and text sizes make it look messy and confusing. There is far too much information on one page - ideally the landing page needs to grab attention and provide fast links to other areas of content. Advertising that you take Visa, Switch etc on a landing page is totally unnecessary! It would benefit from restructuring content into... (read more)

“Best service I've found”

I was recommended Foster-fridge.com by a friend after I tried to buy a Foster G2 undermount refrigerator from Nisbets three times, twice they told me it'd be with me in 5 days each time it wasn't. finally when I ordered it a third time and still didn't get it they admitted it was out of stock. Foster-fridge.com took my order on Tuesday and I had it installed and working on Friday! No bother no fuss and they were cheaper than Nisbets.
