I was struggling to remove the glass cover on my NEFF cooker to replace the light bulb and thinking of calling NEFF.

I looked online and found the tool required from ESpares. It was a cheap price, was delivered four days early, did the job in seconds and the staff at ESpares and Royal Mail were great. I will look to ESpares for a solution should I require help in the future.
