Ordered a freezer thermostat, but found out later that the compressor was the issue- asked Espares if they would honour a refund even though I was over the two week return limit- received a reply the next day to say no problem, printed out the supplied return slip and posted the thermostat back.
Just received an email from Pay Pal to let me know the money was in my account.
Espares could of not honoured the refund, but they very kindly did- I know where i am going next for my spares--
