Having inadvertently failed to notice that "next day" delivery had been ticked on my order, I contacted Espares to say I was disappointed that this was the default. It meant that my delivery charge was almost double what I had expected to pay and negated the savings I would make on the product. I am delighted to say that I received a refund of the difference. I consider this excellent customer service and replied telling them so.
