I ordered a Kenwood Lizedizer which arrived promply it was incrediably well packaged to ensure that nothing would get broken, unfortunatly when I unlocked the glass jug from the interlocking base the plastic part on the base of the jug had broken off. making the liquidizer susceptible to leakage I phoned the company and was treated so politely with the reassurance that they would replace it without question, they did so promptly, and again it arrived well packaged and was in perfect order, thank you so much and I wouldn't hesitate to use you again. and would recommend you to others
