Ordered Brabantia Ironing Board - not cheap either. After I hadn't heard anything for a couple of weeks they said it was out of stock and would be sent out in 4 days - 7 days later nothing but they still took my money.

I ordered a Swan Fridge Freezer but after the initial confirmation of the order I heard nothing for several days when I emailed asking when I might receive it. I was told that it was out of stock after I had put it in my basket but because I had ordered it anyway( bit of attitude from customer services!) they were trying to locate one for me. I emailed several times as my payment of £465 had been taken on order immediately. I was annoyed that I had to chase the order constantly and it took 12 days for it to arrive which was the first date offered. Also the delivery was sometime between 7 in the morning to 7 at night and I was only given a four hour delivery slot at 7.20 am on the morning of the actual day of delivery. I had to get the whole day off work because of this lack of communication. I can't comment on the fridge as it is still in the box for my daughter - so I sincerely hope it's OK as my experience so far leaves a great deal to desire. The plus is I have my item! All in all I definitely will not be in a hurry to use electricshopping.com in the future. Take a leaf out of ao.com as they have it nailed but unfortunately for me this particular item was not available.

I visited Electric shopping website looking for a Netherton Cast Iron slow cooker and found what I was looking for. I started to fill out the on line order but stopped part way through to check reviews and found another customer was still awaiting delivery on an April order. I rang the company to ask if they had the item in stock or when the next delivery would be. I was told they were due a new delivery on stock at the end of the week. I then received an email from them saying I had not completed my order and they offered me a discount on the item. I then placed my order and payment was taken by them. At the end of the week I checked the website and it stated ONLY 4 LEFT ORDER NOW so I rang and asked if my order had been despatched as they obviously now had stock in. I was told the item was out of stock and when I queried why the webside said they now had stock she said they were for back orders and it would be some time before my order could be completed. I therefore cancelled my order and wrote a review of my experience on their website, this review was later removed by them. I wrote a further review and this also was removed. I am still awaiting my refund and will not use or recommend this company again

I had never heard of electricshopping before and was a bit wary as the iron was so much cheaper than any where else & you hear so much about dishonesty etc. I spoke to a member of staff who put my mind at rest so I went ahead & ordered the iron. It arrived promptly & although I have only tried it out once it seems very good. Thank you

I was trying to buy a burr coffee grinder as a present the prices varied from very cheep to very expensive. I was Confused. I came across your site I wanted a black one which was more expensive than the other colours. I phoned and spoke to a member of the team the call was answered promptly the adviser new exactly what I was talking about. Within 5 minutes the price on line was comparable to the other colours the web site was easy to use and my coffee grinder was ordered. Well done fab service

Being a first time customer i would like to congratulate Electric shopping customer service. We were happy with the product we purchased and the speed in which it was delivered. Unfortunately a part of the product stopped working after a short while. I emailed the customer service department who requested that i called the team to resolve the problem. The phone call only took a matter of minutes and a replacement was received in the post within a few days. Based on our experience so far i would have no hesitation in recommending electricshopping.com

When I ordered the item I was advised 3-5 days delivery - and it was true! The delivery went without a hitch - the item itself is as described - overall I am very pleased indeed and would have no hesitation in recommending electricshopping.com and their courier DPD to friends and family. I ordered my Magimix 4200, 27Jan 2014 13:22:28 and it arrived 31jan 2014 12:30 at my door in Sweden! I recommend this for Swedish buyer it's cheaper and faster than home.

I placed my order on Friday 29 November and expected to receive it within 3-5 working days. Very pleasantly surprised to receive it about noon on Monday 2 December with free delivery. You can't get better than that. Sales assistant even talked me through how to pay on line which I had never done before.

A Moulinex blender I purchased from this company developed a fault within 8 weeks. My other-half called them to arrange replacement & they refused but offered repairs. The Director/Manager makes the decision on how/what has to be exchanged, repaired or refunded. He gave some silly excuses for his decision. This item was sent to them at our expense & we didn't get it back, close to 21 days later. 10 -12 weeks later, the same fault re-occurred. Contacted them, the Director/Manager took over the call & asked me to pay, yet again, for a new blender, if I'm desperate. He can only refund money for the faulty blender later but that will not, will not happen, as in money will not be with me for another 3 weeks. I insisted, the refund, be done immediately. He said, he did but I'm not sure if it has been done or not. Unfortunately the confirmation email does not make things any clearer. I think it is very poor to treat your customers in this manner. I will never recommend any body to this company neither will I advise anyone to risk purchasing from them. They will do everything to try & not return money or make exchanges for/on faulty products.

I bought a Swanteasmade unit in April 2013 which stopped working in July 2013 - I was advised to send it to Electricshopping for repair or replacement. I was sent a replacement unit within 7 days with absolutely no fuss or bother. The new unit worked and I am extremely pleased with the service and professional manner which was shown by Electricshopping. Jim Brown Coventry.

I was very impressed. Not only was the item delivered very quickly - more quickly than the 3-5 days specified, but I received an email to say what day it would be delivered. Then I received an email on the day of delivery to say in what hourly time slot it would be delivered. It arrived within 10 minutes of that hour! I could have got this item locally from Argos but only discovered this after I had ordered. Because it was a particularly heavy item I was glad not to have to carry it into the house so the decision to by from Electric Shopping definitely turned out to be the right decision. It was even put in its proper place by the delivery man. A great company - congratulations.

Top Class internet shopping! Never have I known such excellent communication, promptness and efficiency anywhere I have ever shopped on-line previously...even down to knowing within an hour of what time delivery can be expected.
