ALL THE SAME - I tried to pay for the order, my card was declined but my money was taken - TWICE. No one is answering the phone, not a single reply to my emails. The worst customer service ever. Words cannot express how angry I am right now. I have to go to my bank, open a dispute and HOPE they will get my money back.
