My sharp microwave cooker developed a fault. I could not find the cooker model listed on your website so I asked you to find an equivalent magnetron. Your operator (Nev) found the part and also identified the correct fuse for that circuit. My cooker was fitted with a 10amp fuse (which had been incorrectly fitted by a previous repair firm in SW England). Nev advised 8amp fuse as in circuit diagram. The PCB PSU 17PW25-4 circuit board I ordered to repair my Toshiba tv was delivered a couple of days after ordering,it was well packaged and even came with a few complimentary sweets!! Your staff, who I'm sure are only following your instructions, placed my goods, which were already in a cardboard box and were not fragile, in a cardboard box at least 6 times larger than necessary and stuffed it with blown up plastic bags transforming a small fairly light package into quite a large one that I was charged £5.40 for in respect of goods costing £11.43, an action that was completely ridiculous. I note you failed to comment on misleading your customers regarding the distance selling regulations and instead of acknowledging and addressing a customers concerns attempt to defend yourself with meaningless comments. Your staff, if they need to be referred to at all, could have popped the goods into a post bag and charged me less than half your P&P charge and still achieved that aim.
