I ordered a Remote Control Unit from Charles Hyde at 10:18 on 17th October, received confirmation of receipt of order at 12:18 and notification of despatch of the unit at 12:33. The unit arrived in the post at 09:30 the next day, less than 24 hrs after placing the order.
The item was at a very competitive price, well packed with delivery note etc plus a bonus of 4 sweets which the children enjoyed!
Needless to say it worked first time and resolved the problem with an A/V Amp which now provides sound from all 7 speakers ( the old RCU did not allow selection of all items in the Set Up menu).
This is an example of excellent service and I would highly recommend dealing with this company
