“Great service delivery and communication”

Loads of places have low prices. Lots sell a range of brands. Buywise have both, linked with good service, communication & delivery. A call from their office arranged delivery, a call from the driver (as requested) to say he's on his way to me meant I could meet him at home and not miss half a days work. We recently bought a Miele dishwasher online and right from the initial contact everyone at Buywise went out of their way to help us. From the cost of the machine to the delivery and installation we could not fault anyone. Our thanks in particular to Wayne our deliveryman and installer, who despite an extremely difficult installation, went out of his way to be polite, friendly and cheerful. I was sceptical at first because I chose buywise for their price on a Bosch dishwasher. Their service turned out to be even better! Quick, well timed delivery and great customer service on a partial refund (I paid for installation which turned to be impossible without a plumber so I requested a refund of the installation charge - no problem!). We have now bought a Fridge Freezer & Fridge for the Garage (overflow food!) as well as a Siemens Washing machine & now a Bosch Fridge...unbelievable service & excellent prices & they were delivered very quickly - most impressed all round. We've used Buywise for years. The reason I'm leaving this review is that we recently had a fridge freezer break down on us, we went in to Buywise, they gave us excellent advice (the staff seem like old friends to us) and promised to get the replacement to us the same day. The new appliance was in and filled with our food within 3hrs!! - no food lost.
