From start to finish it could not have been easier, I picked the item I wanted and ordered it online, I was able to pick my delivery day and was texted a four hour slot on the day of delivery, the evening of the day I ordered a very nice man telephoned me and went through the order to check that everything was OK. On delivery day they arrived a little late but apologised and said they had been held up in traffic and they took my old appliance away for me. All in all a very efficient service.
