Great price, great service

It was a surprise to find that Boots, a name we have long trusted for healthcare products, had a Kitchen Appliances arm to the business. We had actually found the washing machine we wanted on the website of a competitor but they didn't have any delivery slots free for the next 10 days and we needed a washing machine urgently! We then found Boots Kitchen Appliances. The machine we wanted (Bosch Classixx WAE28369GB)was in stock and they could deliver within a day or so. Not only that, the item was cheaper with Boots Kitchen Appliances and there were a number of options available for delivery, connection and recycling of our old machine. Following our order we were kept well informed of progress, receiving a text at 7am on the day of delivery letting us know our four-hour delivery window. The machine arrived one hour into this window and the new item was put in place, connected and tested within a very short period of time. We had to pay extra for connection and recycling of our old machine though the charges were very reasonable. This was an all-round service at a great price and we have no hesitation in recommending Boots Kitchen Appliances. We received a follow-up call the next day to check that everything had gone smoothly - during this call we were asked if we would like to buy additional insurance for the appliance, which we declined as it seemed quite expensive. This was the only minor gripe for me in an otherwise near-perfect purchasing experience. We have not yet used the machine in anger so I am hoping that it lives up to the Bosch name.
