Bought a Zanussi washing machine from this company. The price was great and the cheapest I could find having looked around. The competitive price was the main reason I decided to place the order plus the good reviews from other customers. Once I placed the order communication was really good from confirmation of the order through to the delivery times. I was given a choice when they would deliver and kept updated with a delivery time over a few hours which was helpful and meant we weren't left waiting for a whole day.
The whole experience was very positive. The combination of competitive pricing and great service means I wouldn't hesitate in using Boots Appliances again and would recommend to others.
