I ordered a washing machine with plenty of notice for delivery on my preferred date so that I could arrange the time off work. Over a week later I receive an email to say that my 'estimated delivery date' is now two days after I requested and when I will not be in the country. So despite having to pay a quite high delivery charge it seems you have no choice over delivery (which also by the way is anytime between 9 and 5 on the 'estimated' day).
I have cancelled my order; this is very poor service and I do not wish for appliancesdirect.co.uk to have any of my money. I will never order from them again and suggest that others do not waste their time with them either.
