Great Service

I needed a new oven and wanted one before xmas. I had already experienced some disasters with other websites and placed my order on the 11th Dec with an expected delivery date of the 13th. I then received a call to say that they couldn't deliver til the 19th.
I then found this website and after reading the reviews my heart sunk. I thought that once again I was gonna be let down but as I knew I wouldn't get such a good deal or another delivery before xmas I thought I would just wait and see what happened.
I rang on the 18th to confirm that the delivery would still take place on the 19th. The staff online were very polite and confirmed that the delivery would still take place.
Thursday 19th arrived and I received a text message at 11am to inform me that my oven would be delivered between 1-2. At 1.30 my oven arrived. The delivery man was very friendly and helpful.
After reading the reviews (belatedly) I was sure that I was in for a let down but I cannot praise the company more. They kept be informed at all times and were polite throughout. I defo recommend.
