I was firstly impressed with the web-site and the handy videos but it was the competitive price that attracted me and I was not disappointed thereafter. Their service was quite simply second to none. I ordered a cooker and a hob on the Friday (via an extremely easy on-line system) and it was delivered and fitted by the following Tuesday. They offered an Eco delivery date and, as promised, contacted me by text and then by phone on the delivery day so I was kept fully informed of their progress. Only one very small niggle is that the promotional offer with Ocado doesn't apply because they don't deliver to Scotland!!
