“Absolutely Useless!!!”

I recently ordered a AEG BE3003021W oven on 2nd December. I left 2 messages and an email to confirm when they will delivery they replied back (after a week) to say it takes 10 working days from order. I've now received an email to today (8 December) to say the oven is out of stock until January 2013(when I ordered it online it showed it was available. I will never use this site again or recommend to others this website I'd rather pay more for reliable service.
