I ordered a £625.00 washing machine from this company on the 12th of December and they subsequently decided not to deliver it. I emailed them on the 4th of January to chase delivery and they then decided to tell me that they would not be able to fulfil the request and to seek a refund through google wallet/credit card company! I sent an email request through google checkout and also emailed them to follow up on the 18th of January and still no washing machine or refund OR EVEN RESPONSE!!!! How can you honestly expect people to contact you before you advise you cannot fulfil an order? And why should I be £625.00 out of pocket!? This company is suspicious and as far as I am concerned fraudulent and dishonest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You don't even deserve 1 star - 1 star would mean you had at least provided some service, at present you have just managed to steal £625 OF MY MONEY!!!!!!!

It's pretty easy to supply a boxed TV, Cooker, Fridge etc. Could you do it? I could. Pick up box, sell box, deliver box. I'd worry if you couldn't do it. On this occasion I even sent my own courier. People with 1 star reviews are either unlucky, incompetent or dishonest. This supplier is not unlucky because they have too many 1 star reviews. An email I received suggested he was competent. + I did like the flexibility around the delivery date. _ I didn't like being sold a second hand un-boxed item and being told it was new and in perfect condition.

Great hob at a totally bargain price. Comet has this gas on glass hob still on sale for £499... but Appliancedeals247 nearly halved that price at £276.00 (including VAT and delivery). On the Comet site all their customers gave it a 5 out of 5 ... so for Appliancedeals247 it would have to be 10 out of 5 as a minimum! Good customer service too, as I was phoned the day before delivery to confirm address details, etc. Package arrived well wrapped and with all the instructions, etc. Even the gas fitter was really impressed with the hob and he was taken aback by the value for money price.

I came across the website while looking for a new Dishwasher. The price was exceptionally food and they showed one in stock. Unfortunately I was not the only one who desired this dishwasher and the stock was sold before my order could ve fulfilled. A new dishwasher was ordered from the supplier and Appliance247 advised me of the lead tome. Neff unfortunately delivered a few days late, but I was kept informed of the process and the dishwaser was delivered on the day I had requested, and in perfect order.

Found best deal on the web at Appliancedeals247, and for me they're a local company. I made a phone call to their office after a problem with Googles payment system. Phones were answered promptly, the staff knew who I was and what the problem was, and it was sorted in less than 2 minutes. Whats not to like. I would recommend them to anyone (and I will).
