After another supplier let me down three times, which has left me without a hob for over six weeks, I cancelled the order and searched the net to start all over again. I found the hob I wanted at Appliance World and decided to give them a ring. I cannot praise the young lady enough for her helpfulness. She answered all my questions and read out the full description pertaining to the hob's capabilities (the details on the website were a little sketchy). She was very friendly, very knowledgeable and very efficient. She certainly 'went the extra mile' to make sure I was happy with everything before placing the order. I cannot praise her enough! She filled me with confidence and I just KNOW that the hob will arrive on the allotted day. I just wish I had found Appliance World sooner, which would have saved a great deal of stress!

To top it all, the price of my hob at Appliance World was by far the best I'd seen!
