I have ordered all my kitchen appliances from Appliance world. After waiting for 3 weeks and numerous phone calls, I have been told that 1 product is not in stock. I went out, bought this product and asked them to deliver the rest. I was than told that they will deliver in 2 weeks and that since only 1 man delivers I need to make sure someone is there to help the driver - another favour I needed to ask my friends....What a joke! Got a refund and went to appliances online. What a difference! They delivered next day (Sunday), informed me of the exact delivery slot. Called half an hour in advance and carried all goods through a narrow path. They were also cheaper on some of the products. I know where I am shopping next time
