Placed an order for a washing machine did not say on the site when purchased out of stock told to wait for delivery so I did for 3 weeks and after a no of phone calls was told hotpoint have a manufacturing problem looks like to me this company tries to hold on to your money for as long as possible.I have asked for a refund which I am still waiting on trust me dont waste your time with this company.
