They took my cash for a fridge freezer and after 3 weeks we phoned up as we had not heard anything. They could not get the one we wanted and said they had phoned and emailed - they had not. The delay meant that we could no longer get the fridge freezer we wanted from anyone and has really caused trouble - its integrated and kitchen is built. They only offered £10 off a replacement which was £150 more than the one we wanted.
Very poor, do not use these people, you have been warned!!
