The website is extremely user friendly giving easy access to all the electrical appliances we require. Prices are immediately available and compare very favourably to other suppliers, all items we require are in stock and the ability to forward a list of appliances to our own email is very helpful. Appliance World followed-up with an email offering further support, if required. We accepted this help and found the staff to be excellent, offering advice, suggestions and information that enabled us to place an order. The payment and delivery arrangements are designed to support the needs of the customer, we simply couldn't have asked for more.
